I'M NEW

NEW TO FPC TROY?

EVERYONE IS WELCOME

Trying out a new church for the first time can be a daunting experience and so we want to do what we can to help you in that process. First and foremost, we believe that we are all called to serve God and so we want you to feel welcomed while you are here.

Getting Here

Our church is located at 20 South Walnut St. in downtown Troy, OH, just off the square. You may park on the street or use our two parking lots as well as the third public parking lot nearby. Most people use our side entrance which is handicapped accessible, but some choose to enter using our old front entrance.

What to Expect

Our Sunday Services are traditional with organ and piano music, hymns, responsive readings, Scriptures, and a sermon. We also have a Children’s sermon and special music. Communion is celebrated once a month. The service lasts approximately an hour and people dress either casually or informally.

Our church has both heat and air conditioning, is handicapped accessible, and a nursery and toddler room is available. Restrooms are located throughout the building.

We are part of the Presbyterian Church (USA) denomination and our theology is Reformed in nature, but most of our members were raised in a different Christian denomination or tradition. We do not mandate our members to subscribe to a specific statement of faith other than to profess that they are Christian and believe in Jesus Christ as their Savior.

The best way is to come and check us out on a Sunday. Chances are you will see some of your friends or neighbors here. Once you do, you will feel right at home.
